At BitaServer, we stand behind the quality of our service. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all new subscriptions. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you are eligible for a full refund — no questions asked.
This Refund Policy applies to all game server hosting plans (Starter, Pro, Elite) purchased directly through BitaServer. Third-party purchases, resellers, or promotional/free-tier accounts are not covered by this policy.
New customers who purchase any hosting plan are eligible for a full refund within 30 calendar days of their first payment. This window begins at the exact time of purchase.
Refunds for renewal charges (monthly or annual) are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Renewals refunded within 48 hours of the renewal date may qualify for a prorated refund.
If you upgrade your plan and are unsatisfied with the new tier, you may request a prorated refund for the unused portion of the upgraded plan within 14 days of the upgrade.
Annual plan subscribers who request a refund after 30 days may receive a prorated refund for the remaining full months of service, less a 10% processing fee.
One-time setup or configuration fees are non-refundable once the service has been provisioned and delivered.
Domain registration fees are non-refundable due to costs incurred with domain registries at the time of purchase.
Dedicated IP addresses, premium DDoS protection upgrades, and other add-on services purchased separately from the base plan are non-refundable.
Accounts suspended or terminated for violation of our Terms of Service — including abuse, DDoS attacks originating from your server, or illegal activity — are not eligible for refunds.
Payments made via cryptocurrency are non-refundable due to the irreversible nature of blockchain transactions. We may offer account credits as an alternative.
Submit a refund request by emailing billing@bitaserver.com or opening a support ticket from your dashboard. Use the subject line "Refund Request — [Your Order ID]" to ensure prompt processing.
Include your account email, order ID, and a brief reason for the refund request. This helps us process your request quickly and improve our service.
Our billing team will review your request within 1–2 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been initiated. Funds typically appear in your account within 3–7 business days after processing.
Refunds are returned to the original card used for payment. Processing time is 5–10 business days after approval, subject to your card issuer's timeline.
PayPal refunds are processed within 3–5 business days and will appear in your PayPal balance or original funding source.
At your request, we can issue a refund as BitaServer account credits. Credits never expire and can be used toward any future purchase on our platform.
As noted above, crypto payments are non-refundable. We will offer account credits of equivalent value in approved cases.
If your server experiences downtime that violates our SLA (99.5% for Starter, 99.9% for Pro, 99.99% for Elite), you are eligible for automatic service credits applied to your next billing cycle.
Credits are calculated as 10× the pro-rated daily cost for each hour of unplanned downtime beyond the SLA threshold. Credits are applied automatically — no claim required.
Downtime caused by your server configuration, installed plugins, DDoS attacks on your server, or scheduled maintenance windows does not qualify for SLA credits.
Before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider, please contact our billing team. We resolve most billing disputes within 24–48 hours and a direct resolution is faster than the chargeback process.
Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in immediate account suspension and may affect your eligibility for future refunds. We take fraudulent chargebacks seriously and will provide evidence to payment processors when necessary.
All billing disputes should be directed to billing@bitaserver.com. If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication, it shall be governed by the laws of Bangladesh.
