This policy explains how BitaServer collects, uses, and protects your personal data. By using our services, you agree to the practices described below.

When you register on BitaServer, we collect your name, email address, and password (hashed). This information is necessary to create and manage your account.
Payment processing is handled by trusted third-party providers (Stripe, PayPal). BitaServer does not store full card numbers or payment credentials on our servers. We only retain transaction IDs and billing history for your records.
We collect server performance metrics including CPU usage, RAM consumption, network traffic, and tick rates. This data is used to maintain service quality and diagnose issues.
Our servers automatically record IP addresses, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps when you access our platform. These logs are retained for up to 90 days for security and debugging purposes.
We use cookies for session management and analytics (Google Analytics, Hotjar). You can opt out of analytics tracking via your browser settings or our cookie preferences.
Your data is primarily used to provide and maintain the game server hosting services you have subscribed to, including server provisioning, billing, and customer support.
We may contact you via email regarding account activity, service updates, planned maintenance, and promotional offers. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.
We analyze usage patterns and log data to detect and prevent unauthorized access, DDoS attacks, abuse, and fraudulent activity on our platform.
Aggregated, anonymized data is used to improve our infrastructure, optimize server performance, and develop new features. This data cannot be used to identify individual users.
BitaServer does not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.
We share limited data with trusted vendors who assist in operating our platform — including payment processors, data centers, email providers, and analytics services. These providers are bound by confidentiality agreements.
We may disclose your information if required by law, court order, or governmental authority. We will notify you of such requests where legally permitted.
All data transmitted between your browser and our servers is encrypted using TLS 1.3. Passwords are hashed using industry-standard bcrypt algorithms and are never stored in plain text.
Access to customer data is restricted to authorized BitaServer personnel only. All internal access is logged and regularly audited.
In the event of a data breach, we will notify affected users within 72 hours of discovery, in accordance with applicable data protection regulations.
You have the right to request a copy of the personal data we hold about you at any time. We will provide this within 30 days of your request.
You can update most of your account information directly from the dashboard. For corrections that require our assistance, contact our support team.
You may request deletion of your account and associated data. Note that some data may be retained for legal compliance, fraud prevention, or dispute resolution for up to 90 days after deletion.
You may opt out of marketing communications at any time via the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting support@bitaserver.com.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active and you are using our services.
After account deletion, personal data is purged within 90 days. Billing records may be retained for up to 7 years to comply with financial regulations.
Server backups created by our automated system are retained for 30 days. You may delete your own backups from the dashboard at any time.
