We use Google Analytics to collect anonymized usage statistics. Google may use this data in accordance with their own privacy policy. You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking at analytics.google.com/analytics/optout.
We use Hotjar for heatmaps and session recordings to understand user behavior. Hotjar cookies collect anonymized data. You can opt out at hotjar.com/opt-out.
When you make a payment, our payment processors (Stripe, PayPal) may set their own cookies to process the transaction securely. These are governed by their respective privacy policies.
Session cookies are temporary and are deleted automatically when you close your browser. These are used for authentication and CSRF protection.
Persistent cookies remain on your device for a set period (see the table above). They are used for analytics, preferences, and security. You can delete them at any time via your browser settings.
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or applicable law. We will post the updated policy on this page with a new effective date. Significant changes will be notified via email.
If you have any questions about our use of cookies, please contact us at privacy@bitaserver.com. We aim to respond within 5 business days.
Disabling optional cookies does not affect your ability to use BitaServer's core hosting services. Essential cookies are required for the platform to function and cannot be turned off.
